2003-11-11Spc Genaro  Acosta 26 Fair Oaks CA 1st Battalion, 44th Air Defense Artillery Regiment, 4th Infantry Division (Mech) Army  Acosta was killed on Nov. 11 in Taji, Iraq. Acosta was on patrol when his Bradley vehicle hit and detonated two improvised explosive devices. Acosta died of his injuries.  US

During Operation Iraqi Freedom, Adams was attached to 2nd Marine Division, II MEF (Forward). US
2003-08-21Pfc Michael S Adams 20 Spartanburg SC 1st Battalion, 35th Armor Regiment, 1st Armored Division Army  Adams died on Aug. 21 in Baghdad, Iraq. Adams was participating in a small arms fire exercise on the range when a bullet ricocheted and ignited a fire in the building. He died as a result of injuries sustained during the fire.  US
