2004-02-10Master Sgt Jude C Mariano 39 Vallejo CA 615th Air Mobility Operations Squadron Air Force  Mariano died Feb. 10 in Doha, Qatar. He died from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.  US

2003-11-15Sgt Michael D Acklin II 25 Louisville KY 1st Bat., 320th Field Artillery, 101st Airborne Div. Army  Acklin was killed on Nov. 15 when two 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters crashed in Mosul, Iraq. US
2003-11-11Spc Genaro  Acosta 26 Fair Oaks CA 1st Battalion, 44th Air Defense Artillery Regiment, 4th Infantry Division (Mech) Army  Acosta was killed on Nov. 11 in Taji, Iraq. Acosta was on patrol when his Bradley vehicle hit and detonated two improvised explosive devices. Acosta died of his injuries.  US
2003-10-26Pfc Steven  Acosta 19 Calexico CA C Company, 3rd Battalion, 67th Armored Regiment, 4th Infantry Division Army  Acosta died on Oct. 26 in Baqubah, Iraq. Acosta died from a non-hostile gunshot wound.  US
2007-06-29Spc James L. Adair 26 Carthage TX 1st Battalion, 28th Infantry Regiment, 4th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division Army  James died in Baghdad, Iraq, of wounds sustained when his vehicle struck an improvised explosive device.  US

2004-09-19Sgt Brandon E Adams 22 Hollidaysburg PA 1st Battalion, 32nd Infantry Regiment, 10th Mountain Division Army  Adams died Sept.19 at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C., of injuries sustained in Fallujah, Iraq, on Feb. 16 when a grenade exploded as he was clearing a house.  US
2003-08-21Pfc Michael S Adams 20 Spartanburg SC 1st Battalion, 35th Armor Regiment, 1st Armored Division Army  Adams died on Aug. 21 in Baghdad, Iraq. Adams was participating in a small arms fire exercise on the range when a bullet ricocheted and ignited a fire in the building. He died as a result of injuries sustained during the fire.  US
2004-03-161st Lt Michael R Adams 24 Seattle WA 1st Squadron, 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment Army  Adams died March 16, in Al Asad, Iraq, when the barrel of the .50 caliber weapon mounted on his tank struck him.  US
2007-07-22Sgt Shawn G Adams 21 Dixon CA 3rd Battalion, 509th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), 25th Infantry  Army  Adams died July 22, in Owaset, Iraq, of wounds suffered from an improvised explosive device. US
2004-09-07Spc Clarence  Adams III 28 Richmond VA 91st Engineer Battalion, 1st Cavalry Division Army  Adams died Sept. 7 of injuries sustained on Sept. 6 in Baghdad, Iraq, when his high mobility multipurpose wheeled vehicle hit an improvised explosive device.  US
2006-10-11Capt. Shane T. Adcock 27 Mechanicsville VA 3rd Battalion, 7th Field Artillery Regiment, 25th Infantry Division Army  Shane was killed in action in Hawijah from enemy grenade fire.  US
