Joseph D. deMoors

   
Individuals USThe Department of Defense announced today the death of soldiers supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom. He died near Tal Afar, Iraq, on Jan. 7, when his UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter crashed. Killed was 1st Lt. Joseph D. deMoors, 36, of Jefferson, Ala. deMoors was assigned to the Army's 3rd Squadron, 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment, Fort Carson, Colo. Seven other soldiers were killed in this incident. The incident is under investigation.

AN TO REACH OUT TO YOUR COMMUNITY AND POLITICAL LEADERS TODAY. REQUEST A STREET BE NAMED IN HIS HONOUR. WE AS FALLEN FAMILIES MUST DO EVERYTHING IN OUR POWER. You are loved by your family and friends. We miss you with each passing day. Watching over your family and being there for them is my duty for you from this day on. You can rest in peace. You will never be forgotten. You were a man among men. You were truly a leader who lead by exampe. Glad to have known you. It is an honor to remember you and to call you a friend.
