Ted was a good buddy when we served together in the WYARNG in the 80's. He was alway full of good spirits and was fun to be around. His patriotism and sense of duty prompted him to volunteer for a tour in Iraq in spite of being way beyond the years of those he shipped out with, including my younger brother. I know he believed in the mission and was proud to serve. Only when his illness had advanced to the point where he was incapacitated as a soldier, was he medivacd to Germany and then home to die.
I pray for comfort for his family and pride for his service. God rest his soul.
