Army Staff Sgt. Milton Rivera-Vargas, 55, of Boqueron, Puerto Rico; assigned to the 1st Battalion, 296th Infantry Regiment, Puerto Rico Army National Guard, Sabana Grande, Puerto Rico; died Dec. 8 from a non-combat-related cause while on guard duty in Kalsu, Iraq.
