Army Pfc. Spence A. McNeil, 19, of Bennettsville, Texas; assigned to B Battery, 2nd Battalion, 43rd Air Defense Artillery Regiment, Fort Bliss, Texas; died on March 8, 2003, as a result of injuries sustained from vehicle accident March 3 in Saudi Arabia.
